Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The motor housing sound filter kit (part #105488) is a genuine OEM assembly for ProTeam ProForce uprights. It fits inside the motor housing to dampen operating noise while filtering the air moving through the motor area.

Sound-filter foam breaks down and packs with dust over time, and a worn kit lets noise rise and can restrict airflow around the motor. Installing a fresh kit quiets the machine and keeps air moving cleanly through the housing.
