We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine ProTeam 6 foot 5 inch non-electric hose (Part #103172) comes with a cuff and fits the ProClean and QuietPro CN, and it also fits the RunningVac and ProVac CN. It carries airflow from the canister to your wand and tools.

Non-electric hoses crack at the cuff and split along the ribs over time, and any breach bleeds off suction before it reaches the floor. A loose cuff can also pull free during a pull-along clean. A fresh genuine hose restores a sealed airway and full suction at the tool.
