We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The power nozzle on a Rainbow E-2 lights the carpet ahead of the brush roll using a small LED built into the housing, and part R15138 is the full replacement for that unit. Because the LED sits at floor level, it is what lets you spot crumbs under a table edge or catch lint against a baseboard without turning on an overhead light first.
This kind of headlight rarely fails all at once. More often the beam fades gradually across months of use until it becomes background noise you stop checking, or it flickers on and off specifically while the nozzle is being pushed, which points to a connection working loose inside the housing rather than the diode itself burning out. Either symptom calls for swapping the whole assembly, which is how this part is supplied. A light that has gone out completely and does not flicker at all is worth checking against the machine's cord and outlet first, since that can point to a break further back in the wiring rather than the assembly itself.
It fits the Rexair Rainbow E2's power nozzle as a direct replacement, part R15138. Disconnect the machine from power before removing the nozzle cover, then note how the original wiring sits inside the housing so the replacement goes back in without a wire getting caught when the cover is closed again.
