We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM external motor filter (part #1KE2155000) protects the motor and cleans exhaust air on Royal and Hoover backpack systems. It fits the Hoover C2401 and C2401010 Shoulder Vac Pro and the Royal RY4000 and RY4001 backpack cleaning systems.

Mounted over the motor exhaust, the filter traps fine carbon and dust before it reaches the air you breathe. Once it discolors permanently or begins to break down, filtration falls off and the motor draws dirtier air. A fresh filter restores clean exhaust and shields the motor.
