We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part A03837901 is the motor belt listed for the Sanitaire SC5500, S5000 and Eon commercial uprights, and it is sold on its own rather than as part of a service kit.
Rubber belts harden long before they part, and hardening is what actually costs you cleaning. A glazed, shiny face slips instead of gripping, which shows up as a squeal that rises with load, a hot rubber smell after a short run, and drive that fades in deep carpet even though the motor sounds unchanged. A belt in that condition is finished whether or not it looks intact.
It covers the Electrolux-Eureka S5000, the Eureka S5000A, SC5500A, SC5500B and SC5505A, and the matching Sanitaire numbers S5000A, SC5500A, SC5500B and SC5505A.
Take the old belt off and look at it away from the machine before deciding. Cracks across the inside face, a section that has thinned or narrowed, and a loop that no longer returns to its original length all say the same thing. Clearing hair and thread from the roller at the same time keeps the replacement from being loaded the same way from its first day in service.
