Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Black with silver, sold complete and already wired, 5640AM is the upper handle for black AUTOMATIC X4 and X4 Boost uprights and for the X7 Pet. SEBO puts the built-up assembly at item 1, the first entry on the parts breakdown for these machines.
Everything an operator touches sits in this one section, which is why it shows age before the rest of the vacuum does. Any service counter knows the symptoms: a tube split around the grip, a switch you have to hit twice before the motor spins up, and a lead gone stiff or fraying at the point it enters the handle.
