Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A white housing with an orange flange identifies the exhaust microfilter fitted to the SEBO AUTOMATIC X7 and X8, and 52039RV is that cartridge. The coloured collar is the quick way to confirm the right one on a shelf, because the earlier X-series exhaust pad looks nothing like it and will not sit in the same opening.
It is positioned at the outlet, so it is the last thing the air meets before returning to the room, after the bag and the pre-motor filter have each taken their share of the load. The media is electrostatically treated: it grabs the ultrafine residue those earlier stages let through while leaving the flow path relatively open, which is how the machine keeps its suction while the filter goes on working.
Change it when the face has darkened, or when the exhaust starts to feel weak or smell dusty. This is the stage that decides what the air in a room is like after an hour of vacuuming, and it is easy to leave in place for years because nothing about it ever fails outright.
