We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The bag access door swings on a slim axle, and everything about how that door sits depends on it. Bend the axle, or let it migrate sideways out of its housing, and the door stops closing square: one corner touches first, the seal is loaded unevenly, and the latch either fights or misses altogether. Part 5303 is the replacement axle.
SEBO uses the same component across a wide span of machines, and the diagrams show it three times over — position 127 on the AUTOMATIC X4 / X5 sheet, position 138 on the AUTOMATIC X7 / X8 sheet and position 127 on the ESSENTIAL G4 / G5 sheet. On the X7 / X8 drawing it sits immediately beside the access door spring, 5304, at position 137, which is the pairing to keep in mind: axle and spring share the same duty cycle and a door that has been forced usually needs both. The AUTOMATIC X4 / X5 sheet also lists the door itself as 5172OR at position 126, noted there as including its axle and spring.
Fitment covers the SEBO AUTOMATIC X1, X2, X4, X4 Boost, X5, X7 Premium, X7 Pet and X8, along with the ESSENTIAL G1, G2, G4 and G5. A door that will not latch, or one that rocks when pressed at a corner, is the symptom that leads here.
