Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part D013-0500 is a brush roll for Simplicity and Riccar uprights, fitting the F3700, R17 and RSL3 as well as the Simplicity R10P and Riccar R10P. It provides the agitation that works dirt loose from carpet and rugs so the airflow behind it can carry that dirt away.

Flattened or missing bristles, weaker agitation on carpet, and hair or lint wound tightly around the roller are the usual signs a roll is spent. Once bristles no longer stand up against the pile, deep cleaning drops off even if the machine still sounds and runs the same as always, which is why relying on sound alone to judge cleaning performance can be misleading.

Wipe down the roller weekly and pull off any wrapped hair or thread before it works its way into the end bearings.
