Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Base Tray Assembly forms the main body of the cleaning head on the Titan T500 and Maytag M600, and it also fits Simplicity R10P and R10S and Riccar R10P and R10S. The tray holds the brush roll, motor, and wheels in their proper alignment.

The base tray is the structural frame of the nozzle, and a cracked or distorted tray throws the internal parts out of alignment. That misalignment shows up as uneven brush contact, noise, or poor pickup. A sound replacement tray restores correct geometry so every component sits where it belongs.
