Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan handle release pedal (Part #DS31) is a genuine replacement for the Titan T5 power nozzle. Stepping on it unlocks the wand so you can recline the handle and steer the nozzle under furniture.

This pedal is worked constantly and its pivot or return spring eventually cracks or stiffens. When it fails the handle stays locked upright or will not latch, making the nozzle awkward to maneuver and store. Installing the correct release pedal restores smooth handle articulation and a secure upright lock.
