Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM Height Adjustment Assembly with indicator restores smooth surface-height changes to the Titan T5 power nozzle. The mechanism raises and lowers the cleaning head so the vacuum can adapt to carpet, hard floors, and everything in between.

A stuck or broken adjuster leaves the head set at one height, which hurts pickup when you move between surfaces and can make the machine hard to push on the wrong setting. When the indicator no longer tracks or the mechanism binds, cleaning suffers across floor types. A fresh assembly returns easy, accurate height selection.
