We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
This genuine Titan wire cover plate (Part #DS42-5) ships with two mounting screws and fits the Titan T5 power nozzle. It caps the wiring channel inside the nozzle, keeping the internal leads covered and secured.
When the cover plate is missing or cracked, the wiring underneath is exposed to dust, debris, and impacts that can chafe or pinch the leads. Damaged wiring in turn causes intermittent brush-roll operation or a complete power loss at the nozzle. A fresh plate seals the channel and protects the harness.
