We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan height adjustment pedal (Part #591001121) is an OEM replacement for the Titan T9500 power nozzle. It sets the nozzle height so the brush roll meets carpet at the correct pile level.
When the pedal cracks or its detents wear, the height setting can slip or stick, leaving the nozzle too high to clean well or too low to glide. A fresh pedal restores firm, accurate height selection across carpet types.
