We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This circuit board is the electronic control inside a Wessel Werk EBK340 or EBK341 power nozzle, and part 10.9011.314 replaces it as a complete unit rather than as a board repaired at component level.
Electrical faults in a power nozzle rarely present as a clean, obvious failure. A nozzle that runs intermittently, cuts out when the hose or wand joint gets flexed mid-pass, or will not start at all while the canister itself still powers up normally points at the electrical side of the nozzle rather than at the belt or the brush roll. Before ordering a board, rule out the simpler things ahead of it: the cord and its connections at the wand, the safety switch, and the contacts at the nozzle joint. Any of those produces the same symptoms as a failed board and each one is quicker and cheaper to eliminate first.
This board fits the Wessel Werk EBK340 and EBK341 power nozzle. Unplug the machine before opening the housing, and photograph or note how the existing wiring is routed before disconnecting anything so the replacement goes back exactly the way the old one came out. Pull each connector off by its plug body rather than by the wire, since a lead damaged on the way out leaves you chasing a fault the new board never had.
