We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The height adjuster on a Wessel Werk EBK360 or EBK361 central vacuum power nozzle is the mechanism that raises and lowers the head as you move from carpet to bare floor. Part 10.9048-316 is the replacement assembly. Reach for it when the selector will not hold a setting, feels loose or gritty through its travel, or has cracked and left the nozzle stuck at one height.
The symptoms show up on the floor before anyone works out the cause. Stuck high, the brush roll skims over carpet pile and the nozzle stops picking up. Stuck low, it scrubs hard floors and the head becomes hard to push. Either way, one surface in the house cleans badly while the other seems fine, which is a confusing thing to diagnose.
After fitting, run the adjuster through its full range once or twice to check it latches at every position. It fits the EBK360 and EBK361 nozzles.
