We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 10.9048-315 is the front wheel assembly for the Wessel Werk EBK360 and EBK361 power nozzles, mounted on the stirrup bracket at the front of the nozzle housing. It carries the front of the nozzle as it is pushed forward and back, and it takes the first hit at every threshold and carpet edge.
A front wheel announces wear before it fails outright: a flat spot that thumps at a steady rhythm as the nozzle rolls, a wobble you can feel through the handle on an otherwise smooth floor, or a nozzle that starts to drag or catch at the front edge once the wheel has worn down enough to change the nozzle's height off the floor. That last symptom matters more than it sounds, since a front-heavy nozzle can drop the brush roll's clearance and change how it cleans.
Fitted specifically to the EBK360 and EBK361; the stirrup bracket comes with the wheel, so replacement does not require sourcing the bracket separately.
Look at both front wheels rather than only the one that drew your attention, since a worn wheel running alongside a fresh one can make the nozzle track slightly to one side even after the repair. Clear hair and thread from the axle while the wheel is off, since that is what seizes a wheel and flattens it in the first place.
