We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Bissell part 1608235 is the post-motor filter for the PowerForce Helix Turbo, supplied with its screen. It fits the 1701 series and the 2190, and the same assembly is used on the 2691 Helix Turbo Pet.
Note that the screen comes with it. That grille holds the pad flat against the exhaust path, and if it is warped or missing the filter can lift and let unfiltered air past, which is why replacing the pad alone sometimes fails to fix a dusty exhaust.
A loaded filter here shows up as suction that has quietly halved, a motor that sounds strained, and fine dust settling near the vents. Six to twelve months is a reasonable interval in an average home, and half that with pets.
