Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Light gray moulding forms the brush chamber of the SEBO Duo, and 3001HG is the factory replacement for it. The housing holds the brush assembly in position and shapes the space it works in, so its condition decides whether the brushes meet the floor evenly across their full width. SEBO supplies the Duo brush machine itself in light gray under 9401AM, and this housing is moulded in the same finish, which is why a replacement blends in rather than announcing itself.
The Duo parts diagram lists the brush housing at position 31, between the bearing block RH at 30, part 3010HG, and the handle stop spring block at 32, part 3032. Cracked mounting bosses are the usual reason one gets changed. The housing still looks serviceable from above, but the brush now sits at a slight angle, working hard on one side and skimming on the other; impact damage at the corners has the same effect. A housing that has been dragged over a threshold enough times can also lose its seating faces, and then no amount of retightening keeps the assembly square.
