We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Sold complete rather than as loose pieces, part 3021 renews the entire right-hand gear stage of the Duo in one go. SEBO catalogues the item as Gear Wheel 34, right hand, supplied as a complete assembly, and draws it at position 62 of the machine's parts diagram, directly after the right-hand-thread shaft at 61, part 3035, and before the pulley at 63, part 3018.
Gear teeth do not usually wear evenly. One chipped tooth is enough to produce the knock-per-revolution that owners describe as a tick or a grind, and once the profile has gone the mating gear starts to suffer as well, which is how a single fault turns into two orders.
