We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Steering a brush machine around furniture depends on the neck between the handle and the body doing its work quietly. Part 3051 is the SEBO swivel neck support assembly for the Duo brush machine, drawn at position 50 of the Duo parts diagram, directly below the swivel neck 3123HG at position 48 and the neck cover 2022HG at 47.
This joint carries every push, pull and twist the operator applies, which makes its mountings among the hardest-working plastics anywhere in the machine. Wear announces itself gradually: a handle that feels loose or vague in the hand, a body that no longer follows exactly where it is pointed, a knock when the direction of travel reverses. In the worst cases the support has cracked outright and the handle has begun to move independently of the machine, at which point the swivel neck above it and the wiring routed through the joint are both at risk. Because 3051 is supplied as an assembly rather than as loose mouldings, the whole support is renewed in one operation, which matters on a joint where a fractional misfit between old and new pieces would come straight back as play.
