We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The genuine SEBO 5010AM brush roller is the standard-bristle replacement for compatible 12-inch SEBO uprights and ET-1 power heads. Replace a worn roller to restore effective carpet agitation and help lift embedded dirt and pet hair.

Check your model before ordering: On a canister vacuum, match the power head as well as the canister. An AIRBELT D4, E3 or K3 fitted with an ET-2 needs a different roller.

Compatible SEBO models

  • AUTOMATIC: X1, X4, X4 Boost, X7 Premium and X7 Premium Pet.
  • ESSENTIAL: G1 and G4.
  • Swivel-neck uprights: FELIX Premium and DART with the compatible 12-inch head.
  • SOFTCASE: CE12.
  • AIRBELT canisters: D4 Premium, E3 Premium and K3 Premium equipped with the 12-inch ET-1 power head.
  • C3.1: Listed by SEBO for this model; confirm the fitted power head if it has been replaced.
  • ET-1 power heads: Versions with or without an on/off switch, including ET-1 heads used on central vacuum systems.

ET-2 owners: The 15-inch ET-2 uses a different brush roller. A shared ET-1/ET-2 parts diagram does not mean their rollers are interchangeable.

When should you replace the roller?

Inspect the bristles for excessive wear or damage when carpet pickup declines. First remove tangled hair and threads, check for blockages, and check brush-height settings where applicable. A new roller helps when worn bristles are the cause; it will not repair a belt, motor or suction fault.

Replacing your brush roller

  1. Switch off and unplug the vacuum.
  2. Follow your model's manual to release the brush-roller end cover and withdraw the old roller.
  3. Clear debris from the roller compartment. Insert the replacement and securely refit the cover before use.

The ET-1 has tool-free brush-roller removal. Release mechanisms vary by model; do not force the roller or housing. For additional help, see SEBO's maintenance videos.

Standard or soft bristles?

5010AM is the standard-bristle version. The SEBO 5010GE soft-bristle roller is the alternative for the same compatible models. Follow your carpet manufacturer's care instructions when choosing a roller.
