This battery pack clamp holds a battery pack snug against the body of a cordless machine so its contacts stay pressed together while the vacuum moves around a room. Part B223-0814 is the replacement, listed for three machines: Titan's T500, Riccar's R10S and the Clean Max ZM800.
A clamp that has cracked or lost its grip lets the pack shift, and even a slight shift can break contact for a moment and cut power to the motor. That symptom reads exactly like a failing battery or a wiring fault, so check how firmly the clamp still holds the pack before replacing anything else in the circuit. Wear here comes on gradually rather than all at once, which is why a pack that has started to feel loose in its seat is worth acting on before it starts cutting out mid-clean.
