We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This spray plate assembly, part 2700150600, distributes cleaning solution across the carpet as a carpet extractor moves forward. Its job is to spread an even curtain of cleaner rather than a single stream.
Once the openings in the plate clog or the plate itself cracks, coverage turns uneven. Parts of the carpet end up soaked while neighboring areas stay nearly bare, and faint stripes appear in the machine's wake even though the pump and motor are working normally.
Mineral buildup from tap water and dried detergent residue are the two most common causes of a clogged plate, and both tend to happen gradually rather than all at once. A machine that used to lay down an even wet line and now leaves dry streaks in the middle of a pass is usually telling you the plate needs attention before the pump does.
