We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 1710530000 is the wiring run that sends power from the handle down into the pump and motor on Dirt Devil's CE6000, CE6100, CE6105, CE7100C, CE7150 carpet cleaners.
A wire harness that flexes every time the handle tips back and forth is a common point of failure over years of use. A conductor inside the loom can fray at the bend point long before the insulation shows any sign of damage, so the machine may run fine standing upright, cut out the moment the handle moves, then start again once it is straightened. In some cases the same break keeps the machine from starting at all.
