Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This end cap, part 26057A, closes off a VG II brush roll and gives the rubber cover its mounting point. Eureka and Sanitaire used two cap styles on this roller over time, and this is the newer of the two, so compare it against the cap coming off your machine before ordering.
The end cap absorbs the wear that would otherwise fall on the shaft itself, including thread and hair that migrates toward the ends during use. Once a cap cracks or works loose, the roll no longer sits true in its bearing, and that shows up as chatter and wobble in the nozzle along with uneven agitation across the carpet.
It fits the Eureka and Sanitaire C2094 series (including C2094B, C2094FB, C2094G and C2094H), the C2194A and C2194B, the C4046 series and the C4047A, and the SC877, SC886, SC887 and SC888 series commercial uprights. Because the same cap and cover serve that many models, comparing the cap itself against the one you are taking off is the surest way to confirm the match.
