We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is a 10-pack of rear axle clamps, part 53201, for Eureka Kwik-Kleen upright vacuums. Each clamp is the small retaining piece that holds the rear axle rod in place against the base housing so the wheel stays aligned and turns freely.
A clamp that has broken or gone missing lets the axle shift or drop out of position. The wheel can then wobble, drag against the housing, or come loose from the axle entirely, which is a wheel symptom with a fastener cause rather than a wheel problem itself.
Because a single clamp is a small, inexpensive piece that is easy to lose during a repair, it makes sense to buy it as a set rather than one at a time. Having spares on hand also means a second wheel on the same machine, or a second machine of the same model, can be fixed with the same order.
