Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Eureka Sanitaire motor separator used in the 600 Series and 800 Series commercial upright vacuums. The separator sits between the motor and the hood, isolating the motor assembly from the upper housing. It helps position and cushion the motor, maintains the air seal around the motor compartment, and keeps vibration from transferring directly into the chrome hood.
A deteriorated or missing separator can cause rattling, air leaks around the motor, and uneven motor seating that shortens motor life. Replacing it restores proper motor isolation and sealing inside the machine.
