Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Sold as one finished assembly, SEBO 3122/H pairs the light gray upper handle of the Duo brush machine with its power cord already installed. SEBO lists it at position 23 in the Duo parts diagram and notes on that sheet that the assembly covers items 1 through 21 of the same drawing.
That scope is the reason to buy it. Positions 1 to 21 take in the cable clamp, the handle cable, the switch cap and its holder, the rocker switch, the handle grip, the cord itself, the cable hook, the handle connector and its cover, and the contact cover - which is to say very nearly everything above the neck. A handle cracked at a stress point and a cord broken somewhere in its flex zone are both common on machines with years of work behind them, and the two faults tend to arrive together because the same movement causes both. Rebuilding the top of the vacuum piece by piece off the diagram means chasing a dozen small part numbers and refitting each one; 3122/H arrives as one finished unit, ready to bolt on.
