We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part BH05000 is the battery charger for Hoover OnePWR cordless vacuums. It converts household current into the steady, regulated feed the OnePWR pack needs to top back up between cleaning sessions.

This charger is listed directly for the BH53605V, BH53602V, BH53603V, BH53643 and BH53644, and the OnePWR battery it charges is cross-listed against a wider group of Hoover cordless machines and the Oreck BK95519 as well. Match the charger to the battery pack you own rather than to the vacuum body, since the pack is what the charger has to fit.

If the unit dies outright, or its cord frays or gets damaged, the battery simply cannot recharge and the vacuum sits out of service until it is replaced. Wear shows up at the plug, the cable jacket and, eventually, the internal circuitry, so a unit that runs warm, gives off a hot smell, or trips a breaker should come out of rotation right away. Keep its air vents clear as well, since blocked airflow around the housing shortens the working life of the electronics inside.
