We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
The motor dirt seal (Part #38781003) is a replacement seal for the Hoover canister vacuum, fitting models S2037, S2043, and S3079. It wraps the motor area and blocks fine dust from reaching the bearings and windings.
Without an intact seal, abrasive particles work their way into the motor and grind down the internals, cutting the motor's life short. A worn seal is inexpensive to replace, and doing so now can head off a far costlier motor failure later.

- Function: Seals the motor area against fine dust
- Benefit: Protects bearings and windings, extending motor life
- Tip: Replace the seal any time the motor is opened for service
The seal seats around the motor area in place of the worn one during reassembly. Verify your model number before ordering to keep dust out where it counts.
