We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Machined to precise tolerances, this genuine OEM Kirby bearing plate assembly supports the motor shaft in your Kirby vacuum and keeps it in proper alignment. It sits at the motor end of the machine, where accurate shaft support is what keeps the motor turning smoothly.
A worn bearing plate lets the shaft drift out of alignment, which causes motor vibration, noise, and premature bearing failure. Replacing it restores smooth, quiet running and protects the motor. If you notice excessive vibration or a grinding sound, the bearing plate is a likely cause.
