We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 174467S is the small bolt that fastens the lower cord hook to the handle fork on Kirby machines from the Dual Sanitronic D80 through the 1CR Classic and the Tradition.
It is the sort of fastener that goes missing rather than wears out. The cord tugs at the hook every time it is unwrapped, the bolt gradually backs off, and one day the hook is loose and the bolt is somewhere in the carpet. Occasionally the head rounds off during a repair instead. Either way the hook cannot be refitted without the right bolt, and a hook that rattles loose will not hold a cord.
It threads directly into the fork in place of the original. If you are already stripping cord hooks off a machine of this age, ordering a spare bolt alongside the parts you actually came for saves a second wait.
