We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Replace a cracked fan case on your Kirby with this genuine OEM fan case housing (Part #120056S). This structural housing surrounds the fan and channels suction from the nozzle through the fan assembly, and it fits a broad range of classic Kirby models.
Cracks in the fan case let air escape the suction path, which causes a noticeable drop in cleaning power. If performance has fallen off, inspect the housing for damage, since a compromised fan case bleeds off suction before it reaches the nozzle.
