We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Kirby Generation 3 takes this complete nozzle, part 141690S, supplied less the brush and belt. It is the full cleaning head housing for the G3 and only the G3, since later Generation machines changed the nozzle.
Most Generation 3 machines still in service are decades old and their nozzles show it: brittle plastic around the mounting points, a lip worn thin from bare-floor use, cracks radiating from an old impact. A nozzle that no longer sits flat cannot hold the seal carpet cleaning depends on, and the machine starts sounding breathy instead of loaded.
Carry your existing brush and belt across when you fit it, and check the belt lifter action once the new housing is on. A fresh nozzle will show up a tired lifter that the old cracked one was hiding.
