Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kirby metal nozzle assembly (Part #303193S) is the Gen 4 Renovator nozzle for the Kirby G4. The metal nozzle houses the brush roll and directs airflow to the floor, forming the seal that lets the machine pull dirt from the carpet.

A cracked, bent, or worn nozzle loses that seal and lets airflow escape, so pickup suffers at the cleaning head. Fitting the correct factory nozzle restores solid floor contact and effective agitation.
