We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 190499 is the top paper bag holder for the Kirby Generation series. It is what the bag collar clips into inside the outer cloth bag, and it holds paper and cloth bags alike for the Generation 3, G4, G5, GSix, Ultimate G, Diamond Edition and Sentria.
Everything about the bag seal depends on this piece sitting square. Since it gets gripped and flexed at every bag change, its collar seat eventually cracks or loses its retaining grip, and after that bags go on crooked, refuse to clip fully, or drop free during use.
The symptom to watch for is loose dust inside the outer cloth bag, which means air has been finding a route around the bag rather than through it. That costs you suction and it puts fine dust where it does not belong. A sound holder puts the whole airflow back through the bag where it belongs.
