We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Four bumper screws for the Kirby Rug Renovator, part 306264A. These are the fasteners that hold the bumper onto the shampoo attachment, and they come in a set of four because that is what one attachment takes.
Small fasteners on a wet attachment corrode, and the heads round off when someone tries to move a seized one. Others simply vibrate loose and get lost during a strip-down. Either way you end up with a bumper that flaps or falls off, and the attachment starts marking skirting boards it used to bounce off.
These fit the Kirby Tradition. Replacing all four at once is worth doing, since if one has corroded the other three are exactly the same age and heading the same way.
