We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the cloth outer bag assembly for the Kirby Sentria, part 190008, with the straight zipper. The outer bag holds the disposable inner bag and forms a second layer of filtration around it, so it is doing real work rather than simply dressing the machine.
Cloth bags reach the end of their lives in three ways: the fabric thins and tears along the fold lines, the zipper stops running or loses teeth, and the bag holds a stale smell that no amount of washing shifts. The smell is the one owners notice and the one that never comes out, because odour lives in fabric that has been holding fine dust for years.
