Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Kirby part 223612S is the full hose assembly for the Sentria II, supplied as one unit with both end fittings already attached. That matters more than it sounds: the ends are usually every bit as tired as the hose itself by the time anyone gets around to replacing either.

Test yours before you order. With the hose fitted, block the tool end with the flat of your hand: a sound hose goes quiet and the motor note changes as it loads up, while one with a split keeps hissing somewhere along its length. That leak is the reason the crevice tool feels weak when the machine sounds fine.
