Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kirby Torx screw secures the handle fork bezel on the SENTRIA and Sentria II uprights and ships as a set of ten. It anchors the bezel that trims and locates the handle fork where it meets the machine body.

Small fasteners like these back out under repeated handle flexing, and a stripped or lost screw lets the bezel loosen, chatter, and eventually fall away. Keeping a full set of ten on hand means every point stays torqued during a rebuild or routine service.
