We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 304706S is the renovator tray for the Kirby Sentria. It is the Sentria-specific version of the Rug Renovator base, the tray that carries the shampoo attachment and holds it at the right height on the carpet.
Trays crack at the mounting ears and along the edges that take contact with the floor. A cracked one leaks solution, sits unevenly, and stops locking to the machine properly, which is enough to make the entire shampoo attachment unusable even though every other part of the kit is fine.
This tray is for the Sentria specifically. The Sentria II takes a different tray, so check which machine you have before ordering, and fit the replacement in the original position so the attachment sits square to the carpet.
