We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 430001178 threads into place to join the bag to the machine on Oreck's XL2200 and XL2250 uprights, and it is the screw-type fitting that this part number covers rather than any other connector style Oreck used.

This is the joint the bag is fastened at, so a crack or a stripped thread here shows up as a leak at the connector rather than as a fault anywhere else on the machine. Suction at the floor falls off while nothing else has obviously changed, and that is what makes the connector easy to pass over when looking for the cause.
