We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Nine single-wall filtration bags, part AK11109, for Oreck XL uprights built without a bag dock — the 2000, 8000, 9000 and Commercial series. Specifically, they are listed for the U2000E, U2000E2, U2000EB, U2000H, U2000H2, U2000HH, U2000R, U2000RB-1, U2000RBBW and U2000RSB, and for the XL2000HH, XL2000RH, XL2000RS, XL2070RH, XL2090RHM, XL2090RSM, XL2100HH, XL2100RH, XL2100RHS and XL2100RS.
The bag material is treated to inhibit bacteria, mold and mildew, which is what keeps a bag left in the machine over a damp weekend from turning the exhaust sour.
The dock is the thing to check before ordering. Oreck's later uprights hold the bag on a plastic collar; these are the style that fits without one, and the two are not interchangeable. Change at around two-thirds, since an Oreck loses its pace on carpet well before the bag is packed.
