We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
Oreck part 430000200 is the fan housing from the Elevate Control series uprights, fitting the UK30100, UK30100PC and UH30100COM. It is the chamber the fan spins inside, and its shape is what turns the fan's work into suction at the nozzle rather than noise inside the machine.
A housing that has cracked, usually from an impact or from something hard finding its way through the fan, stops being airtight. Air short-circuits around the fan instead of coming up the duct, so suction falls off across the board, and a fan running in a distorted housing often adds a whine or a knock that was not there before.
Unplug the machine before opening the fan area, and look at the fan itself while it is exposed. Whatever cracked the housing rarely left the fan untouched.
