Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Carpet height is selected at this wheel, and 2608HG is the light gray version fitted to the SEBO 370 COMFORT and the SEBO ELECTRONIC 370. Turning it moves the head between its settings so the brush meets the pile at the depth the floor calls for.
The adjustment matters more than the size of the part suggests. Set too high, the brush skims the surface and agitates nothing, so the machine appears to have lost suction on deep carpet. Set too low, it digs into the pile, loads the belt, makes the vacuum hard to push and wears the brush strips flat in a fraction of their normal life. This wheel is what makes the choice repeatable from room to room.
Failures are mechanical and easy to confirm by hand. A wheel that has split, or whose adjustment no longer bites, spins without changing anything or lets the setting creep back a notch at a time while you clean. A new one gives back a positive, repeatable height adjustment. On the ELECTRONIC 370 the pile height knob that acts through it is a separate item, 2622HG, and the light gray swivel neck cover alongside is 2602HG.
The wheel is one of the few parts on a 370 that can be judged without tools: turn the adjuster through its full range with the machine off and watch whether the head actually rises and falls.
