This genuine ProTeam bag cover latch plate (Part #104243) fits the 1200XP, 1500XP, and ProForce 1200XP, along with the ProForce 1500 HEPA. The plate anchors the latch that holds the bag cover closed and gives it a firm mounting point on the cover.
A cracked or worn latch plate lets the bag cover work loose, which breaks the seal around the bag and lets dust escape. The mounting points fatigue with repeated bag changes. A fresh genuine plate restores a solid anchor for the latch and a secure cover.
