We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the attachment hose for ProForce uprights fitted with on-board tools, the flexible length running from the machine body to the wand so stairs, edges, and upholstery can be cleaned without unplugging anything. Part 104961 replaces it when the original splits.
Hoses fail from the inside out. Long before a hole is visible, the wire reinforcement works its way through the wall and air leaks along the length, so the crevice tool feels dead while the machine sounds completely normal. Flexing the hose with the vacuum running will usually find the spot.
It fits the ProTeam 1200XP, ProForce 1200XP, 1500XP, and ProForce 1500XP uprights and connects at both ends exactly as the original does. Check the cuffs as well as the hose itself, since a loose cuff leaks just as much as a puncture.
