We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This charcoal cartridge cover, ProTeam part 107258, closes over the front-load intercept filter (part 107005) on new-style ProTeam ProForce uprights. It holds the filter squarely in its slot and keeps the airflow path sealed as air moves through the machine.
Commercial uprights lead a rough life, and the cover takes much of it: latch tabs snap, corners crack against furniture, and a cover that no longer seats lets air slip around the filter instead of through it. If yours turned up broken at a filter change — or never made it back on — dust ends up where it should not until the cover is replaced.
The cover fits the ProTeam ProForce 1200XP and 1500XP, including the 1500XP HEPA, on new-style machines that load the filter from the front. It is the cover only; the 107005 filter it protects is sold separately.
