The upright hose (part #107258) is a genuine OEM replacement quick-release hose for new-style ProTeam ProForce 1500 and 15XP uprights. It carries airflow from the nozzle to the bag and detaches for above-floor cleaning with attachments.
Hoses crack, split, and clog over time, and a damaged hose leaks air or loses suction at the cleaning head. A fresh hose restores a sealed airflow path and full suction through the machine.
