Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Motor running, roller standing still — that is the symptom this part answers. The 2753 brush drive unit sits inside SEBO's ET-H power nozzle and carries drive across from the motor to the brush roller.
Drive components wear at the point of contact, gradually rather than all at once. As they do, the roller slows under load, stalls in deep pile, or spins with no bite at all while the nozzle motor still sounds perfectly normal from above. Renewing the drive unit brings agitation back up to full speed. The distinction worth drawing is between a roller that will not turn at all and a roller that turns but has no bite: the first is usually mechanical, the second usually points at the drive.

Work through the simpler causes first. Clear the roller of wound-on hair and thread, check both bearing ends for a jam, and look at the two belts — 2749 from the motor to the transmission and 2750 from there to the roller — since a stretched or broken belt produces exactly the same standstill for a fraction of the work. Only when the belts are sound and the roller turns freely by hand does the drive unit itself become the likely answer.
Fitting it means opening the nozzle, so treat the job as a service of the whole head rather than a single swap. With the housing apart, the roller, the bearing block 2751DG and the brush cover 2752DG are all within reach, and anything close to the end of its life is far easier to deal with now than in three months.
